We know that the way to maintain a healthy weight is a balanced diet combined with exercise. However, it’s not always that easy. Our relationship with food is often a complex interaction of eating and exercise habits, emotional needs, self regard and our social environment.
Hypnotherapy & Counselling offers a six session program that provides a safe and effective way to address both the psychological and practical aspects of weight regulation.
This program can be used to support a dietary plan provided by a relevant health professional.
We use hypnosis within a supportive counselling framework - together with a range of practical strategies - to support you to adopt and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle and - perhaps most importantly - to be at ease and confident ‘in your own skin’.
