Hypnotherapy & Counselling Weight Regulation Six Session Program*

We know that the way to maintain a healthy weight is a balanced diet combined with exercise. However, it’s not always that easy. Our relationship with food is often a complex interaction of eating and exercise habits, emotional needs, self regard, cultural background and social environment.

Hypnotherapy & Counselling provides a safe and effective way to address
both the psychological & practical aspects of weight regulation. It can support you if you want to lose weight, gain weight, make healthier food choices, find the motivation to exercise
or just be at ease and confident ‘in your own skin’.

Over the course of six sessions* (that can be completed in your own time) we use hypnosis to strengthen your motivation and the right mindset to adopt and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle.

self image and self esteem, emotional connections to eating and lifestyle factors such as managing stress

We use hypnosis to:

strengthen your motivation and confidence to achieve your goals help you make healthier food choices

reinforce changes in habits and reframe unhelpful thoughts

practice self hypnosis, mindfulness and rapid relaxation techniques to manage cravings and triggers

* This program focuses on the psychological as well as the practical aspects of weight regulation and can support a dietary plan provided by a relevant health professional.
