Quit Smoking Program

Hypnotherapy & Counselling uses a comprehensive three session program to address both the physical and psychological aspects of smoking and vaping addiction.

By the third session you will have the practical skills, understanding, mind set and motivation to easily let go of your habit forever.

  • We explore and address your concerns and life circumstances that may have been keeping you stuck in the smoking habit.

     We use hypnosis to sow the seeds of change - to begin creating the right frame of mind, commitment and motivation necessary for success.

    We begin to look at how to fill ‘the gap’ that smoking currently fills and learn rapid deep relaxation techniques to lower stress and anxiety .

    We agree on the date of your third visit and this will be the day you can expect to stop smoking forever. 

     You can continue to smoke until that date although you may find your desire to smoke is becoming less. 

  • The focus in this session is on re-patterning your habit. We use hypnosis and practical strategies to change your physical and psychological attachment to smoking.

    This includes identifying your ‘trigger’ situations and how to manage cravings and habitual responses.

    We continue to use hypnosis to build your confidence and motivation in preparation for the third session.

  • Quit Day – you can expect to leave this final session with the practical resources, mind set and confidence to let go of your smoking/vaping habit forever.
